Pet Policy

Because we offer pet-friendly apartments in Round Rock, Texas, your domesticated pets are welcome at Waters at Sunrise (maximum of 2 per dwelling). A $150 deposit and $150 non-refundable fee per pet are required prior to move-in, and pets must undergo a visual inspection, adhere to community policies, and meet our Pet Addendum qualifications, including our restricted breeds list. Vaccination documentation is required, and no puppies under a year old are allowed. Violations may result in fines as per our TAA Lease Contract and/or AHM Rules.  Qualified Service/Assistance animals are exempt from animal type, breed, number, and weight restrictions, as well as pet rules and deposits. However, a completed Pet Addendum and documentation from a healthcare professional, along with vaccination records, must be provided before bringing the animal into the dwelling. Violations may result in fines as per our TAA Lease Contract and/or AHM Rules.
